  Over a year ago my husband went and saw Hugh Bailey to discuss getting custody of his daughter. Hugh was absolutely amazing!! Always there when we needed him, very professional and knows how to fight what he believes in!! Thankful for him and this amazing firm. Would recommend Hugh or anyone else there!!   This firm has been most helpful to me on two occasions. Most recently Chas Post represented me in a case that "I thought" would be almost impossible to come out in my favor. He filed a motion to get me on the court calendar in order for me to resolve this issue ASAP. From the initial consultation, to our multiple communications prior to the court date I felt that there was an "open door" policy; even if by email or voicemail I was able to communicate with him and get immediate feedback. Chas was diligent in attempting to provide closure to this case that was most beneficial to me. The final result was the issue was resolved in my favor and it saved me a substantial amount of money. From the day I contacted him to the resolution was less than 60 days and I was on a time frame. He knew what I was attempting to accomplish and the deadline that I needed to accomplish it by. I will continue to use this firm as they are very CONSCIENTIOUS & THOROUGH and let me not forget to mention affordabe.
