  I took my 6 month old flat screen TV and borrowed money on it and when I went to get it out the Tv was damaged,they couldn't find the right remote so they gave me one from another TV and it works but the point is that it wasn't the one I brought in. The woman I spoke with told me that if there was damage to it when I brought it in that it would be in the computer but she looks it up and then says that someone must have forgotten to put it in. The thing is that my TV had no damage when I took it in. This place sucks and the woman is not nice.so now I'm waiting on the company to call me back within 3 to 5 business days. I called the 800 number. I will get my money!!!!!

  If I could give this place a 0 rating I would! The store manager was completely rude. I have received better service at a McDonalds than I did here. The manager cussed at me and completely ignored me when I was trying to make my payment. Someone like that should not work in customer service and I will never be doing business there again! This place might as well rob people. I do not see this as a honest living working at a place like that. Absolutely Terrible. Highway robbery

  Very poor experience sales people just trying to move old merchandise don't care if it's broken or not luckily I got a warranty both times so I got my original stuff back but it was a headache do not buy electronics here and very low offers

  If I could give them a bad rating I would they charge intrest as soon as you walk out the door my brother paid the interest on the 1st then all the suddon the charged again on the 14 th again that's just highway robbery
